Each gram contains:

Clindamycin Phosphate (USP) ………. 1.28%
Hydrous Benzoyl Peroxide ………. 6.67%

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Apply once daily in the evening or as directed by physician or see package insert.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in refrigerator (2–8°C). Do not freeze.
After dispensing, store at temperature up to 25°C. Keep tube tightly closed.
Discard after 2 months of opening.
Keep medicines out of the reach of children.
To be sold on prescription of a registered medical practitioner only.
