Direction for Use:
Apply evenly over the entire face, neck and other exposed areas at least 20-30 minutes before sun exposure. To maintain protection, re-apply after excessive sweating, swimming and toweling.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent purchase of Defensive Sunscreen (2 tubes) from your website.
At the time of purchase, your website clearly mentioned the following active ingredients:
Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate
Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine
Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate
However, upon receiving the parcel and carefully checking the product packaging, I found that the ingredients listed on the product are completely different. This clearly indicates that incorrect and misleading information has been provided on your website.
Furthermore, the product packaging mentions Zinc Oxide as an ingredient. As you are well aware, Zinc Oxide-based sunscreens usually leave a white cast on the skin. However, this product is completely transparent with no white cast at all, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the ingredients and the claims being made.
This situation makes it seem that the product claims are misleading and unreliable. I purchased this sunscreen specifically based on the ingredients mentioned on your website, and receiving a product with entirely different information is unacceptable.
I therefore request the following actions immediately:
Accept the return of this product
Initiate a full refund
Ensure that accurate and correct ingredient information is provided to customers to avoid such issues in the future
